GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR)
This Disclosure Text has been written by Yaşar Gündüz, the data controller of Ekipim Sahada, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”), in order to inform data owners regarding the processing of data of persons who reach the company through the website.

1. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Personal data consisting of the name, surname and contact information shared by the persons who fill out our contact form on our website are processed for the following purposes;

a) Correct addressing of the caller when a response is made regarding the subject of communication,

b) Carrying out the process of providing information consultancy service of our company,

c) Using it as evidence in disputes that may arise.

2. These personal data are not shared with third parties.

These personal data are automatically processed electronically based on the legal reason of “being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person” as specified in Article 5 of the Law.

3. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data

Personal data is collected from customers in electronic or physical environment. Personal data collected for the legal reasons stated above can be processed for the purposes specified in Article 1 of this Information Text within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Article 5 of Law No. 6698.

4. Data owners’ rights and the exercise of these rights, in accordance with Article 11 of the Law,
• The person has the right to learn whether personal data has been processed,
• To request information if personal data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• To request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
• To request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring processing are eliminated despite the fact that it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law and other relevant laws and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
• To object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• To request compensation for the damages incurred due to the processing of personal data in violation of the law.

Your requests regarding these rights will be evaluated and finalized within 30 (thirty) days if you submit them to our address Mimar Sinan Mahallesi Ali Çetinkaya Bulvarı No:50 D:7 Demet Apartmanı Alsancak – Konak / İZMİR or by calling us at 444 35 72. Although it is essential that no fee is charged for the requests, the Company reserves the right to charge a fee based on the fee schedule determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
